These terms cover buying from what a day. at whataday.co. The store is run by CAMMY LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

pre-orders

Hats are sold as pre-orders. You pay when you order, and we show an expected ship date on the site and at checkout. The date that applies to your order is the one shown when you paid, and it is on your receipt.

If we can't ship by that date, we'll email you before it passes with a new date. You can then cancel for a full refund, or keep your order. If we can't give a new date, or you don't reply, we'll cancel and refund you in full.

You can also cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us with your order email.

a limited run

Each run is a fixed number of hats, shown on the site. Once they're gone, that run is sold out. If more orders come through than we have hats (for example two at the same second), we'll refund the extra order in full.

prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order; we never see or store your card details. Sales tax is added at checkout where we're required to collect it (currently Florida addresses, on the hats and shipping). We may change prices for future orders at any time; that doesn't affect orders already paid.

shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is $7.95 per order, and free on orders over $100. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes up to a week. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help.

returns and damaged items

Each hat is made for this run, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit (it's one size, adjustable). If your hat arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it, or refund you if we can't.

discount codes

Welcome codes give 10% off the hats in one order (not shipping). Each code is for one person and can be used once. Codes can't be combined, have no cash value, and can't be applied to past orders. We may end an offer at any time; codes already issued stay valid for this run unless we say otherwise when you sign up.

product details

We try to show colours and details accurately; screens vary, and the embroidery on a real hat may differ slightly from photos.

liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to it.
